Description
The Molding Team Operator sets molds, adjusts processing parameters, and operates complex molding machines to produce assemblies and insert-molded tubing. The role includes testing and inspecting molded parts, documenting nonconforming product and changeovers, labeling and scanning production containers, moving product to staging, supporting operator training, and maintaining 5S, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and communication skills, fine motor coordination, sound judgment, and less than one year of experience; a manufacturing background is preferred.
