Description
The Molding Technician sets up, changes over, operates, troubleshoots, maintains, and performs basic repairs on injection molding machines, molds, and ancillary equipment. The role includes process adjustments, quality inspections, preventive maintenance, material changeovers and traceability, computerized controller use, 5S, safety and environmental compliance, and assisting with technician training. It requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical and analytical skills, and up to three years of manufacturing experience; plastic injection molding experience is desirable.
