Alliance Precision Plastics is hiring Journeyed Mold Makers / Tool Makers in the Rochester, New York area to build and repair molds of varying sizes and complexity according to tool drawings or part prints. The role includes training and managing apprentices, special machine operators, mold maintenance personnel, and other moldmakers; establishing mold construction methods; assisting with mold quoting; maintaining procedures and work instructions; supporting secondary equipment and fixtures; and performing related duties as needed. Overtime may be required. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and 5–10 years of mold-making experience. The position offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match, with a salary of $30.00–$40.00 per hour.
