The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant life-science discipline, at least one year of combined research or biotech experience, strong laboratory and analytical skills, familiarity with molecular biology and data tools, and comfort working in BSL-2 or clean-room environments. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, medical laboratory sciences, biophysics, molecular diagnostics, or a related discipline
Required Previous Experiences: One or more years of combined experience in academic research labs, biotech industry, or biotech startups; internships and undergraduate research count.
Hands-on familiarity with basic molecular biology techniques, including nucleic acid purification and RNA analysis.
