Intuit’s Consumer Money team is hiring a Money Operations Innovation & Control leader to oversee embedded controls, business process management, and ops analytics across Banking, Lending, Disputes, Control, and Analytics. The role focuses on scaling safe, compliant, and highly efficient operations through quality frameworks, internal monitoring, regulatory complaints management, process automation, outsourcing/r-rightsourcing, and data-driven performance management. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep operational risk and controls expertise, and experience with automation, AI, and analytics in a fast-paced financial services environment.
