MongoDB is hiring a Technical Services Engineer in Dublin to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems across databases, drivers, cloud, infrastructure, Atlas, and Cloud Manager. The role covers architecture, performance, recovery, security, troubleshooting, customer advocacy, and internal support-tool development. Candidates should have strong technical experience in systems, distributed, network, database, application, or data architecture, along with diagnostic, communication, teamwork, and rapid-learning skills. The position begins with an in-office Monday-to-Friday ramp of 3–6 months, then transitions to a permanent Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule with three in-office days.
