Description
First Student is hiring a part-time School Bus Monitor/Aide in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. The role assists the bus driver with student boarding and exiting, supports children with special needs, enforces safety rules, communicates with the driver, and provides care and encouragement. No prior School Bus Monitor experience is required, but applicants must be at least 21, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work flexible AM/PM split shifts, and be physically able to assist students and perform emergency procedures. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. The position pays $17.11 per hour for regular work and $15.93 per hour for training, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance or coverage options, a 401(k) with company match, and other employee benefits.
