Description
An onsite Monitor Technician provides continuous remote visual and verbal monitoring for up to 10 hospital patients, redirects patients engaging in unsafe behavior, summons nursing staff when intervention is needed, communicates with RNs and patients, reports safety concerns, and helps maintain safe patient environments. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, active Basic Life Support certification, basic computer and headset skills, strong communication, focused multitasking, and discretion. Compensation is $18.75–$28.13 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.
