Monitor Technician at Landmark Hospitals

Landmark Hospital of Athens is hiring a Monitor Technician to work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. The role continuously monitors cardiac rhythms, maintains monitoring documentation and equipment, communicates changes in patient rhythm, prepares and completes medical records, answers call lights and telephone calls, transcribes physician orders, and assists with supplies, charges, and other nursing-unit duties. The position requires at least one year of telemetry observation experience, completion of specified clinical education and EKG requirements, organized and detail-oriented work habits, computer and math skills, and current Basic Life Support certification.
