Description
The Monitoring Analyst will monitor production systems and applications, investigate and escalate alerts and incidents, analyze system health and performance trends, and create Tableau dashboards and executive reports. The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, monitoring, and incident management capabilities, with Splunk experience preferred, and includes shift coverage such as evening, overnight, weekend, and graveyard shifts. It is a contract/full-time position based in Sacramento, California, with relocation required.
