Description
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will coordinate and strengthen monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and data quality processes for the Regional HIV Program (VIHCA) in Panama. The role analyzes program data, prepares reports and dashboards, supports national and local health teams, conducts site reviews, and coordinates with CDC-CAR, MINSA, and other stakeholders. It is a project-based contract in Panama City with possible extension, requiring 2–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with statistical and data tools.
