Description
The M&E and Project Implementation Support Specialist will lead the design and implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks, systems, and tools, including digital databases and mapping. They will also support program quality assurance and developing relevant systems, providing technical support on M&E and reporting practices to senior management and project teams. Additionally, they will coordinate monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and results-based management for programs focused on recovery and human security in Ukraine, promoting communications, public relations, and advocacy.
