Description

Evidence Action is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation (MLE) Strategist to lead the expansion of their Syphilis-Free Start (SFS) program into a new geography and support global MLE strategy initiatives. The role involves executing MLE design, planning, and implementation, adapting monitoring strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to global advocacy and cross-country learning. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in M&E framework development, implementation research, and data analysis, preferably in sub-Saharan Africa.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years experience developing M&E frameworks and plans, conducting implementation research, and designing M&E activities including sampling design, survey protocols, and data collection tools, particularly for health program monitoring and evaluation.
Experience should include conducting analysis for both global and country-level decision-making.
worked in or with programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
