Description
The Monitoring and Evaluation Verification Specialist will conduct hands-on field verification of reported health service delivery and health systems results across Uganda's health system. Working in multidisciplinary teams, the role reviews and reconciles source records, routine health information, program and administrative records, and other evidence to assess the accuracy, completeness, consistency, traceability, and supportability of reported milestones. The specialist performs field visits, record reviews, data quality assessments, discrepancy documentation, reporting, debriefing, and follow-up, and requires a relevant degree plus practical experience in monitoring and evaluation, data quality, source verification, health-sector data, and field-based verification.
