Description
Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Monitoring & Support Engineer in Utrecht to monitor and support HVAC systems remotely using Abound and i-Vu, process alarms, provide technical support to customers and colleagues, configure monitoring reports, manage monitoring systems, and create documentation. The role reports to the Team Leader Technical Support, collaborates with field service technicians and international colleagues, and offers a hybrid arrangement with part-time home work after the probation period. The position requires technical aptitude, IT skills, experience or interest in automation and control systems, strong communication skills, Dutch proficiency, and English knowledge; French is preferred. The salary range is €25,000 to €50,000.
