Description
Restless Development is hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator for YIGA in Karamoja, Uganda, with geographical coverage across Karamoja and West Nile. The one-year fixed-term role reports to the MEL Manager, supervises MEL Officers, coordinates MEL systems and data quality, supports assessments and evaluations, tracks youth feedback and accountability, and translates evidence into recommendations. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and 3–5 years of experience in MEL, research, or learning within NGO or donor-funded programmes. The salary is UGX 73,299,474 gross per annum, and the application deadline was 5 October 2026 at 5:00 PM E.A.T.
