Description
The MEL Manager will manage and implement monitoring, evaluation, learning, data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality-assurance functions for a Malawi malaria vector control and HIV program. The role leads MEL planning and reporting, oversees MEL tools and data quality, supports training and capacity building, conducts field monitoring, and collaborates with technical teams and government stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with experience on USG-funded projects and familiarity with DHIS2, mobile data platforms, GIS, and data analytics preferred. The project runs from October 19, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
