Description
Oxfam is hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability (MELA), Knowledge Management and Partnership Health Officer in Dakar, Senegal, on a one-year renewable fixed-term contract. The role supports program and partnership design, monitoring, evaluation, learning, accountability, knowledge management, program quality, and partner capacity strengthening across Senegal and the sub-region. It requires a bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related discipline, at least three years of MELA experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, French fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-collection software.
