Description
The Bougainville MERLA Advisor will report to the Director, Bougainville, and the APSP Performance & Learning Lead, providing technical guidance on monitoring, evaluation, reporting, learning, adaptive management, data systems, performance reporting, research, and communications for the Bougainville Partnership. The role will establish and maintain MERLA frameworks and tools, conduct baseline assessments and analytical reviews, build capacity for BP and ABG staff, manage a team of four to five MERLA and communications officers, and travel to the Arawa office at least quarterly. It is based in Buka, Papua New Guinea, and requires at least five years of relevant experience, including two years in international development settings.
