Description
The Monitoring Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day personnel and operations at an Underwriters Laboratories of Canada Alarm Monitoring Center in Ottawa, including hiring and developing staff, managing operational plans and KPIs, controlling costs, coordinating technical and vendor work, conducting performance reviews, supporting 24-hour alarm monitoring, and completing ULC audits and emergency planning. The role reports to the Director of Monitoring Operations and requires at least five years of managerial experience, strong call-center aptitude, and flexibility for a 24-hour workplace. The salary is $65,000–$75,000 DOE.
