SimpliSafe is hiring a Monitoring Operations Manager to lead the Monitoring Operations Supervisors team during scheduled shifts at its Richmond, Virginia monitoring center. The role manages alarm and active-guard monitoring operations, service levels, employee performance, QA reviews, onboarding, talent selection, and shift coordination while supporting the Director of Monitoring Operations. It requires 100% onsite work, a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, on-call availability, background-check clearance, and at least five years of customer-facing employee leadership experience, including three years leading large-scale alarm monitoring, technical support, customer service, account management, or high-touch sales teams. The target annual base pay is $79,700–$106,300, with medical, retirement, and lifestyle benefits.
