SimpliSafe is hiring a Monitoring Specialist to provide top-tier monitoring support to customers, responding to emergency and non-emergency camera events. The role involves interacting with customers, analyzing situations, dispatching emergency services, and maintaining records. Candidates must have a high school diploma, pass background checks, and have basic computer proficiency. Prior monitoring experience is preferred. The position requires being 100% onsite, working evening/overnight shifts after a daytime training period.
