Naranja X is hiring a Monitoring Team Lead to manage and develop Level 1 and Level 2 transaction-monitoring analysts, calibrate real-time AML/PLD rules, oversee complex investigations and Suspicious Activity Reports, develop fraud typologies, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology teams. The role requires at least four years of AML/PLD and financial intelligence experience, including two years leading transaction-monitoring teams at fintechs, digital banks, or payment processors, along with SQL, monitoring-platform, and regulatory knowledge. The position offers a hybrid and flexible work arrangement from anywhere in the country or the world.
