The role manages divestiture processes, monitors conduct and FRAND obligations, prepares reports for competition authorities, reviews submissions, coordinates stakeholders, and supports practice growth. Candidates should have monitoring trustee, competition-authority, compliance, audit, consulting, or transaction-advisory experience, strong project management and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree with audit, competition law, or competition economics background.
