Philz is hiring a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) to supervise daily shift activities, support baristas, maintain drink quality and customer service standards, manage team performance and scheduling, train new hires, support store operations, and implement safety programs. The role requires physical ability to operate equipment, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds intermittently; prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred. The estimated starting base hourly rate is $22.55–$24.55, with an average additional $5.00 per hour from a tip pool, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
