MZ-Plastic GmbH is hiring a Montage Employee (fitter) to install plastic ventilation systems for new-build and renovation projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role involves traveling to customer sites, working in a two-person team, serving as the customer contact, and installing ventilation systems. Candidates need vocational training or hands-on experience in a skilled trade, technical understanding, and preferably experience in plastic welding. The position includes onboarding and training in manufacturing before site work, along with above-average compensation, per diems, vacation, a Christmas bonus, and other benefits.
