Description
The Month-End Controller oversees the global end-to-end month-end financial close, coordinating shared service, regional controllership, BPO, and group teams to ensure accurate, timely, compliant results. The role manages close calendars and controls, resolves process issues, drives standardization and automation, supports audits, and reports closing KPIs to management. It requires at least seven years of similar experience, month-end process expertise, ERP experience such as SAP, BPO management experience, and strong organizational, presentation, analytical, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
