Puppy Sphere is hiring a part-time, on-site Event Operations Supervisor in Montreal to oversee and coordinate puppy-centered events, including setup, guest check-in, animal welfare, inventory, safety, and teardown. The role also supports and coaches the local event team, provides on-the-job training, manages incidents and reports, and serves as a client contact for private and pop-up events. Candidates need leadership experience, animal-welfare interest, availability for at least four shifts per month including three weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
