The full-time Mood Ambassador role at Golden Gate Hotel & Casino supports the company’s energetic guest-facing environment by welcoming guests, answering questions, verifying identification, maintaining professional appearance and service standards, and responding to emergencies or de-escalation situations. The position requires strong social and communication skills, availability for any day, shift, weekend, or holiday, a minimum age of 21, the ability to obtain required work cards, and completion of property academy and training. The role is reported to the Director of Operations and Security and may involve outdoor and indoor work in a noisy, crowded, and potentially hot or cold environment.
