Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Lean Technician in Fort Worth, Texas, to design, fabricate, assemble, and improve custom shop-floor solutions. The role supports safety, ergonomics, workflow, quality, and productivity improvements through 5S, visual management, waste reduction, and practical fabricated solutions. The technician will use hand and power tools, read drawings, measure and fabricate materials, test solutions, and coordinate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, or similar experience, and the ability to safely use shop tools and read basic drawings.
