FCU Community Financial is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to support members at its Powell River and Texada Island branches. The role assesses mortgage applications, recommends suitable mortgage products, processes applications through delivery, maintains lending documentation, ensures regulatory and internal compliance, and supports community outreach and referral opportunities. The position requires a secondary school diploma, 2–5 years of financial services experience, at least 2 years of direct retail lending experience, and knowledge of consumer lending products and regulations. The role may require occasional travel to the Texada Island Branch.
