Truliant is hiring a full-time Mortgage Construction and Post-Closing Specialist to support residential mortgage loans through construction-loan administration and post-closing phases. The role manages construction draws, conversions, closed-file reviews, investor delivery, document shipping, reconciliations, compliance, and issue resolution while coordinating with members, builders, loan officers, closers, servicing teams, investors, and vendors. Candidates need at least five years of mortgage lending operations or quality-control experience, five years of mortgage post-closing experience, and five years of experience with Encompass or a similar loan origination system, MERS, eNotes, and eVaults.
