Description
Onity is seeking a mortgage servicing document specialist to keep loan transactions on track by reviewing promissory note chain-of-title documentation, executing or obtaining allonges, shipping original documents to designated firms or vendors, responding to mailbox requests, and resolving documentation issues. The role requires mortgage servicing experience, knowledge of residential mortgage documents and agency guidelines, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, strong organization and communication, research and decision-making abilities, deadline management, and teamwork.
