Description
Onity is seeking a mortgage document specialist to keep loan transactions on track by reviewing promissory note endorsement chains and chains of title, executing or requesting allonges, shipping original documents to firms or vendors, responding to mailbox requests, and resolving documentation issues. The role requires mortgage servicing experience, knowledge of promissory notes and residential mortgage documents, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, strong communication, organization, decision-making, research, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
