The role supports mortgage underwriting and processing by analyzing loan files, gathering insurance and title documents, using the AUSSIE automated rules engine and company procedures, and helping test and evaluate system enhancements that move files from sales through closing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with at least a 3.0 GPA or prior mortgage employment history, strong communication and decision-making skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn the mortgage industry.
