eClerx is hiring a full-time, remote Mortgage Loan Coordinator in Lisbon, Portugal. The role handles specialized loan-modification intake, German land-registry and Grundbuch verification, probate and marital-property documentation, coordination with notaries, and preparation of complete underwriting files. Candidates need strong German mortgage-documentation knowledge, German C1 fluency, legal and notarial correspondence ability, and the capacity to complete an 8–12-week ramp including two weeks of in-Germany training.
