Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential first and second mortgages through phone inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals. The role manages a mortgage pipeline from application through closing, advises members on products and rate scenarios, ensures underwriting, compliance, and documentation requirements are met, collaborates with processors and underwriters, develops referral relationships, and supports loan sales and promotional activities. At least two years of mortgage loan officer experience, NMLS registration, high school diploma or GED with related college coursework, mortgage-process knowledge, financial regulations knowledge, and strong sales and communication skills are required.
