M/I Homes is hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor through its M/I Financial, LLC operation to process FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage applications, verify applicant financial and credit information, organize complete loan files, and submit accurate packages for underwriting approval. The role involves communicating with applicants, underwriters, creditors, and employers to resolve documentation or application issues, closing approximately 15 to 20 files per month, and providing detail-oriented administrative and customer service support.
