M/I Homes is hiring a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor for its M/I Financial subsidiary in Franklin, Tennessee to process purchase-money mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans. The role is on-site only and involves gathering and reviewing loan documentation, communicating with borrowers, underwriters, and creditors, and preparing files for clear-to-close.
