M/I Homes is hiring for a mortgage loan processing role that prepares FHA, VA, and conventional loan documentation, manages the loan process from origination through funding, communicates with team members, real estate agents, title companies, and mortgage operations associates, updates internal systems, uploads and packages loan applications for processing, and may occasionally originate loans and lock rates. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and administrative skills, along with familiarity with loan processing and underwriting basics. The position reports to the Branch Manager and may involve weekend work and travel to remote sales offices.
