The client is hiring Home Equity Processors for a contract position based in Troy, Michigan, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role handles full-cycle home equity loan processing, including reviewing income and mortgagee clauses, ordering appraisals and flood certifications, gathering payoff information, preparing files for underwriting and closing, and arranging closings. Candidates must have at least two to three years of full-cycle mortgage or home equity processing experience, strong member communication, and a team-oriented approach; direct or indirect lending, credit union or banking, and Semitar or Encompass experience are preferred. The position pays $23.00 to $26.00 per hour and is fully onsite, with benefits potentially available depending on eligibility and employment length.
