Description
M/I Homes is hiring a mortgage loan processor/support professional to manage FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage applications from origination through funding. The role collects and analyzes documentation, packages loans for processing and approval, communicates status with internal and external stakeholders, updates loan systems, schedules customer appointments for the mortgage loan officer, supports builder pipeline meetings, and ensures compliance with regulatory timelines. It requires a high school education, at least one year of related experience and/or training, knowledge of loan processing and underwriting fundamentals, and a Texas Loan Officer License for Texas employees, obtainable after hire.
