The role focuses on FHA, VA, and conventional loans, gathering and verifying borrower financial documentation, organizing files for underwriting, communicating with applicants and creditors, and preparing loans for clear-to-close. The position requires a high school diploma, some college preferred, and at least three years of mortgage industry experience, with builder experience preferred.
