Description
The Mortgage Operations Specialist is a full-time, onsite role in Herne, Germany, responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, scanning and OCR-ing mortgage documents, triggering alerts, conducting early-stage collections outreach, providing Tier 1 borrower support, and maintaining accurate data across servicing and collections systems. The role requires secondary education, relevant BPO or back-office processing experience, German B1–B2 proficiency, data-entry accuracy, and awareness of GDPR/BDSG requirements.
