eClerx is hiring a full-time remote Mortgage Operations Specialist to support the German mortgage lifecycle through payment processing, account reconciliation, document intake and OCR, event-based alerts, Tier 1 borrower support, and early-stage collections outreach. The role requires German B1–B2 proficiency, high data-entry accuracy, familiarity with mortgage servicing and collections systems, and relevant BPO or back-office processing experience; prior OCR or servicing-platform exposure is preferred.
