eClerx is hiring a full-time remote Mortgage Operations Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal, to handle standardized German mortgage servicing and early-stage collections. The role processes payments, reconciles accounts, scans and OCR-extracts documents, delivers servicing alerts, supports Tier 1 borrower inquiries, and maintains data accuracy across servicing and collections systems. Candidates need German B1–B2 proficiency, secondary education, relevant BPO or back-office processing experience, and familiarity with OCR or servicing platforms; banking experience is not required.
