Description
Pinnacle Mortgage is hiring a full-time Mortgage Originator to originate residential and non-owner-occupied mortgage loans, build and manage a pipeline and referral relationships, guide borrowers through application and closing, and grow consistent monthly production. The role requires an active NMLS license, self-sourcing or referral-business management, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Compensation is commission plus bonus, with 50% company-paid health insurance and a 401(k) match.
