Better Home & Finance Holding Company / NEO Home Loans is seeking a mortgage originator (Loan Officer) to manage an individual pipeline of loans, convert provided leads into locks and funded loans, guide borrowers through home purchases or home equity transactions, and maintain strong realtor relationships while meeting sales targets. The role emphasizes exceptional borrower and realtor experience, collaboration with OPS, IT, Product, and Marketing teams, and requires an active NMLS license plus at least 2 years of mortgage lending experience.
