AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is hiring a remote Mortgage Post Closing Quality Control Analyst to audit mortgage loan files for regulatory, disclosure, documentation, escrow, insurance, mortgage insurance, and product-specific compliance requirements. The role involves correcting and tracking audit findings, clearing exceptions, reconciling closing conditions and disclosures, and ensuring trailing documents are uploaded. Applicants need at least two years of current mortgage post-closing, closing, or investor sales experience, strong organization and attention to detail, customer service and communication skills, and suitable high-speed wired internet for remote work.
