CoVantage Credit Union is hiring a full-time Mortgage Processing Manager to lead mortgage processing and servicing operations, provide direction to Mortgage Processing staff, identify and implement process improvements, support staff development and training, and balance productivity, performance, and service goals. The role requires at least three years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or in a mortgage-related position, along with Microsoft Office and Windows knowledge, strong communication, organizational, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
